Hi, thanks for your support! If you like what I make, the best way to show it for now is to become a member of my Patreon. For anywhere from $1-$1,000,000 a month, you can be on the receiving end of the monthly recordings I make, the doodles I create to iconograph them, and the community I’ve been developing by recording them. If you’re in the Inland or Pacific Northwest United States, any of the below groups I’m currently in are deliciously hirable for events and entertainment. If you’re looking for me as a solo artist, please reach out via OliviaBrownleeMusic@gmail.com so we can chat more about your venue and thoughts.
Projects in Which I’m Currently Involved…
“I would bet a dime against a donut, other *bands* may come and go, but when you hear the Zonky you will want it to stay!”
“Zonky” is a late-1920s song by Fats Waller and Andy Razaf that’s all about a dance and a party where people “shake their feet aplenty” and “let their feelings run wild.”
The Zonky Jazz Band is a community of jazz musicians in Spokane, WA that loves to play hot jazz and swing from the 1920s to the 1940s, music perfect for dances, parties, concerts, festivals, and more. We’ve been playing together in various combos since 2007.
The Zonky Jazz Band usually performs as an 8-piece band with a singer, 3 horns, 2 guitars, bass, and drums. However, we can create a variety of combos for any occasion.
Hot Club of Spokane is an organization of local musicians committed to the preservation of jazz, swing, and blues, named for the famous Hot Club of France from the 1930s. Although the Quintet of the Hot Club of France is synonymous with the music of Django Reinhardt and what today has become known as “jazz manouche,” the original Hot Club was in fact an actual club or organization – not a band – begun by college students to support the preservation of jazz in the wake of the Great Depression. Hot Club of Spokane adopted a similar mission, and since its founding in 2007, the group celebrates the music of Django Reinhardt, as well as local favorites, Bing Crosby, Mildred Bailey, and Al Rinker, and more.
“To rock where no one’s rocked before…”
This brand-new sci-fi project features music from the 1950’s set in the 2090’s in a 5-piece band with piano, saxophone, guitar, upright bass, drums, and male & female lead vocals and harmonies.
This is a collective of roots musicians who are ambassadors for the power of three-part female vocal harmony and celebrating the interactions between American musical genres. Each performer is an accomplished solo artist, songwriter, and teacher in their own right. Founded by Kat Bula and Olivia Brownlee.

Wow you made it to the bottom of the page. Here’s a fish I saw in the Caribbean that has a name but I can’t remember what it is. #internetrewards
