I started doing this single-per-month idea in 2014, and there were a lot of reasons for it, one being that I just wrote songs, and with no particular genre or throughline in mind, just pursuing ethos. Since the listening society was starting to only stream singles anyway, even if there were on an album somewhere, I figured that was perfect for both me AND listeners, because then they can create their own albums of the genres and arcs I’ve published on Patreon. In other words, I gather songs with a recognizable genre into their own playlists on Patreon, and you can shop for the ones you want to generate into your own playlist.
I’ve also in the past ten years put together a couple intentional concept albums, so I’ll drop those here too. Enjoy!
